Selection Centers

Selection Centers provide these services:

  • Testing of Amplified Phones
  • Testing of the CapTel Phone
  • Testing the TTY

Trained staff will assist you in testing this equipment.  For assistance in identifying the selection center nearest you, click on the map below or call us at 1-800-841-6167 VOICE/TTY.

Please call the center nearest you to arrange a visit and find out its hours of operation.

 You must visit a Selection Center to test the phones to determine which one works best for you
